Frequently asked questions

How do payouts work?

Through Stripe. The earnings figure on a brief is what you get after the platform fee, and it is released the moment the brand approves your video. Connect your bank account once via Stripe Connect: there is no payout fee, and transfers land in a few business days.

What if a brand never reviews my video?

Nothing happens to the video, and that is the point: we do not close it, and we cannot pay it either, because only the brand's approval charges its card. The brand has 7 days to approve or reject. If it misses that, it hears from us again on day 7, 10, 14, 21 and 30, each notice firmer, and the delay shows in its public reliability score and typical time to decide, both of which sit on the campaign card before you claim. From 30 days you can withdraw the submission, free your capacity, and claim elsewhere, and that withdrawal counts against the brand, never against you. What we will not pretend is that an unreviewed video pays, so check a brand's record before you film for it.

Do I need a minimum follower count?

No. UGC briefs have no follower minimum, brands pay for the video you film, not for your reach. Connecting your Instagram or TikTok still helps: verified metrics make your profile easier to trust.

What do I know before I claim a brief?

The price per video, the brief itself, and the brand's record: its reliability tier and typical time to decide. Nothing is paid up front, so that record is what tells you how a brand behaves. Once you claim, you have 24, 48 or 72 hours to submit, set by the campaign size.

How many briefs can I claim for free?

Free creator accounts can claim 2 briefs per month. Creator Pro (€19.99/month or €199/year) removes the limit and adds priority placement in search plus a Pro badge.

What does SoReachMe cost for brands?

Nothing up front. Brands use the platform free, no subscription, no seats, and no money is taken when a brief goes live. You pay per approved deliverable, at the price you set per video plus the card processing fee, typically €10 to €100 and capped at €250.

How do I connect Instagram or TikTok?

Follow the guides above. Instagram needs a Business account and connects with verified metrics; TikTok takes about two minutes and needs no Facebook Page.
