How reviews work
A review prompt after every approved video
When a business approves your content and the payment is processed, both you and the business are prompted to leave a review.
A 1–5 star rating, plus an optional comment
Reviews include a 1–5 star rating and an optional written comment.
A 30-day window
You have 30 days after approval to leave your review.
Public, and counted
Business-to-creator reviews appear on your public profile and feed your reputation score and badge eligibility.

Badges are awarded automatically the moment you meet the criteria. Once earned, they sit on your profile and help businesses spot dependable creators.

Your reputation profile
Businesses see your reputation on your public creator card; you see the same numbers on your private profile. It includes:
- Average rating , from business reviews
- Total reviews , received from businesses
- Completion rate , the share of claimed work you delivered
- Earned badges , highlighting your strengths
Frequently asked questions
Can I remove a negative review?
Reviews cannot be removed by either party. If you believe a review violates our terms, contact support.
Can I lose a badge once I earn it?
No. Badges are permanent once earned, they mark milestones you have already reached.
Do my reviews of businesses affect my profile?
No. Only business-to-creator reviews appear on your profile and count toward badges. Your reviews of businesses are separate.
What happens if the 30-day review window passes?
Once the window closes, neither party can leave a review for that brief. We recommend reviewing promptly.
