How you get paid

  1. Claim a brief

Join free and browse open briefs. Each one shows its price per video and how fast the brand reviews, so you know what you are taking on. No pitching, no DMs.

  2. Film on your phone

Follow the brief's dos and don'ts, then upload your video for review. You get 24, 48 or 72 hours after claiming, depending on the size of the campaign.

  3. Get paid on approval

The brand approves, its card is charged, and Stripe pays out the amount you saw on the brief. Brands get 7 days to approve or reject. If one misses that, nothing you filmed is closed: we keep asking, the delay shows in the reliability score every creator sees, and from 30 days you can withdraw and claim elsewhere.

For brands

Free for brands. Pay only for videos you approve.

Post a brief for free, review submissions, then approve what you would run as an ad or reject it at no cost. No subscription, no seats, no upfront payment, your card is charged when you approve.

We run UGC for multiple client campaigns simultaneously. Before SoReachMe, that meant juggling creator DMs, spreadsheets, and invoices. Now we brief once, pick creators, and get content back without the agency overhead.

How much does SoReachMe cost for creators?

The free plan gives you 2 brief claims a month. Creator Pro (€19.99/month or €199/year) gives you unlimited claims and priority in search. A platform fee comes out of each payout, so every brief shows the exact amount you take home before you claim it. The pricing page states the fee itself.

Do I need followers to get paid?

No. UGC briefs pay for the video you produce, not for your reach. Brands use your content in their own ads and channels, so your follower count never matters.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts run through Stripe once the brand approves your video, and the amount is the one you saw on the brief before you claimed. There is no payout fee, and bank transfers take a few business days. If a brand does not review within 7 days, your submission stays open instead of closing: we keep pressing the brand to approve or reject, the delay shows in its public reliability score, and from 30 days you can withdraw the submission and claim elsewhere without it counting against you. Only approval pays, so judge how fast a brand decides before you claim.

Who owns the videos I make?

Each brief states its usage rights, where the content will run, for how long, and whether it is exclusive, before you claim it. You always know the terms before you film.
