What is sports UGC?
Sports UGC is a short video of a creator using gear in a match or at practice. The usage rights in your brief set where it may run, such as in paid ads or on your website.
Can I brief sports UGC creators in a specific language?
Yes. You pick at least one language for each brief. Creators see it if they listed one of those languages on their profile, or if they set no language. SoReachMe does not match briefs to creators by niche.
How much does a UGC video cost on SoReachMe?
You set the price per video in your brief. The brief builder suggests €10 to €100, and €250 is the most a brief can pay per video. Your card is charged only when you approve a video, with the card processing fee added, so 5 videos at €45 cost at most €234.20.
How do I brief a UGC creator on SoReachMe?
Describe the product and what the video must show or say, and set your price per video. Creators see the whole brief, usage rights included, before they claim a spot. Once your brief is live, you can invite a creator to it from their profile in the app. You can ask for changes up to 3 times per submission, and rejecting a video costs nothing.
How long do I have to review a video?
You have 7 days to decide each submission. Nothing approves or closes itself.

Who can claim a spot on my brief?
By default creators claim spots themselves, and there is no follower minimum. Switch on "Approve creators first" to accept each creator before they film.
How are creators paid?
Creators are paid through Stripe when you approve their video. On a €50 video the creator receives €40 after the SoReachMe platform fee.
