Finance UGC is a short video of a creator showing how they use a money app or a bank card. The usage rights in your brief set where it may run, such as in paid ads or on your website.
Can I brief finance creators in Italy in a specific language?
Yes. You pick at least one language for each brief. Creators see it if they listed one of those languages on their profile, or if they set no language. SoReachMe does not match briefs to creators by niche. A brief is not limited to one country. If it ships a product, you can limit it to creators in the countries you ship to.
How much does a UGC video cost on SoReachMe?
You set the price per video in your brief. The brief builder suggests €10 to €100, and €250 is the most a brief can pay per video. Your card is charged only when you approve a video, with the card processing fee added, so 5 videos at €45 cost at most €234.20.
How do I hire a UGC creator on SoReachMe?
On SoReachMe you post a brief from a free business account and set your price per video. Creators who see it claim spots on it themselves, and each then has 24 to 72 hours to film and submit, set by how many videos the brief asks for. Once your brief is live, you can invite a creator to it from their profile in the app. You review every submission and pay only for the videos you approve.
How long do I have to review a video?
You have 7 days to decide each submission. Nothing approves or closes itself.

Can I ask for changes or reject a video?
You can ask for changes up to 3 times per submission. Rejecting a video costs nothing. It needs a reason and reopens the spot.
Who can claim a spot on my brief?
By default creators claim spots themselves, and there is no follower minimum. Switch on "Approve creators first" to accept each creator before they film.
How are creators paid?
Creators are paid through Stripe when you approve their video. On a €50 video the creator receives €40 after the SoReachMe platform fee.
